Between Heat and Hope is a climate litigation podcast aimed at students, academics, and anyone interested in how legal action can drive climate progress. Through conversations with guests from legal practice, academia, and activism, it explores recent developments in climate litigation. The show also examines the background, rationale, and theory behind this growing field. It is part of an ERC-funded project on climate litigation and democracy based at the University of Amsterdam.
